From the moment we visited Brenwood Lake Weddings, we were captivated by its beauty. Nestled in the stunning Shenandoah region with a picturesque lake as its centerpiece, this venue offers a serene and magical backdrop for any couple's big day. But it wasn't just the location that won us over.

The beautifully constructed reception building was not only visually appealing, but also well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Every corner of the property echoed the dedication and meticulous care of its owners, Brenda and Lynwood.

Brenda and Lynwood's exceptional communication stood out throughout our journey. Their responsiveness to our questions and concerns were always timely, and their assistance in coordinating our wedding ceremony made the planning process seamless. One particularly memorable moment was when Lynwood, despite the rain, skillfully got a fire started for our fire ceremony, ensuring that even Mother Nature couldn't dampen our special ritual.

Adding to the allure of Brenwood Lake Weddings were the beautiful two cabins on the property. Conveniently located in close proximity to the main venue, these cabins were immaculate and provided a perfect staging area for us to prepare for our big day.

Absolutely beautiful wedding venue! Brenda and Lynwood were the most incredible and gracious hosts and played a critical role in helping to make our daughter's wedding experience a complete success. The options and layout of Brenwood gave us the flexibility to easily accommodate the entire event with breath-taking views. Of all the venues we looked at (which were MANY), this facility was hands down the right choice and perfect spot!

I have nothing but great things to say about Brenwood Lake Weddings! It was our dream come true wedding venue. It was the first venue we toured and nothing else compared. The setting was beautiful with the mountains/trees/lake/gazebo, the reception space and patio are perfect, and being able to get married down in the trees was amazing.
Brenda and Lynwood were a dream to work with. They made the whole process easy from start to finish, were easy to get in contact with, answered all of my random questions along the way, and are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Everyone loved being able to spread out during the cocktail hour and reception between the inside and outside space.
Did I mention there's also a fire pit? The gazebo and lake areas made for great photos as well as the trees in the shade. The kitchen and bar (one stationary and one mobile) were very ideal for our caterers as well. There was a suite for both the bride and the groom to get ready in with their parties. The bathrooms were clean and big. The fireplace made for a beautiful setting for a sweetheart table, and you can't miss the heart shaped stone in the craftsmanship!
Having cabins on site to rent was great as well for the bride, groom, and wedding parties to be able to stay at. Also.... fireworks are an option here! Wow your guests with the night ending with a professional grade firework show. It is also possible to get the venue for the entire weekend, which I highly suggest as having all that time made for significantly less stress.
I can't recommend this venue enough, it is the total package!

Brenwood is a stunning venue and the owners, Brenda and Lynwood were so amazing to work with. We loved that they offered a weekend-long package as it really minimized stress and in terms of planning, they were very responsive for us to schedule additional tours and walk-throughs of the space leading up to our big day.
The venue is GORGEOUS!!! We loved the ceremony site in the woods and that they had a fire pit for our guests to roast marshmallows at. Our wedding was National Parks themed, and the rustic, mountain cabin in the woods vibe of Brenwood Lake captured the aesthetic perfectly.
There are also cabins on the property that you can rent, which we had our families and wedding party stay in so they were within walking distance of all the action.
This wedding venue is so perfect, fit our 125 guests with plenty of space for a dance floor, and we couldn't have been happier with it!
