What does Package Cover?
See each package under about section for complete details of what is covered. We do require every event have a coordinator to assure things go smoothly for your wedding or event. You can hire someone or select a representative of your group to serve in that capacity. This will help ensure for a less stressful day and you won’t need to worry about the small details.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Brenwood Lake Weddings is fully licensed as a business in Page County and the State of Virginia. We are also fully insured.
If you are holding an event with us, we do require that you also be insured with a single event policy. This makes for a much better event. Check with your insurance agent for coverage. You will be asked to provide proof of insurance for your event.
How do I reserve a date?

How many guests can you accommodate?
We can accommodate 200 guests in the Brenwood Lake Wedding venue.
Is your venue handicap accessible?
How late can we stay on the night of our event?
Being good neighbors to those around us, we require events to end by 11 PM
How many tables & chairs are available?
We have tables and chairs for 200 guests. There are twenty 60" round tables, nine 30" x 72" tables, and 200 white chairs.
Who is responsible for set up and clean up?
The renter is responsible for set up and clean up of the event venue. Before guests check out, all personal items should be removed. All trash should be bagged and placed in the dumpster.
We take care of cleaning floors, restrooms, and the property after each event.
Do you provide catering?
No we do not provide catering services but would be happy to recommend possible vendors.
Can we have music at our event?
Yes of course! Currently there are no sound ordinances in the area, however we always strive to be good neighbors. We require music stop by 11 PM.
Do we need an ABC license?
You may have beer, wine, and spirits, but drinks must be served by a third-party bartender. Check with your catering company about this.
You cannot do self serving of alcoholic drinks. Underage drinking is not permitted. All guests must drink responsibly.
